How booking works
- Choose an experience and contact our team with your preferred dates and group size.
- Before paying, agree availability, start and end dates, itinerary, total price, meeting arrangements and exactly what is included in writing.
- Review our cancellation terms and prepare a pro forma. Arrange cash payment with our team before your trip. Online card payments are currently unavailable; a pro forma alone does not reserve a tour date.
- Keep your payment receipt and booking correspondence. Contact guest support with your reference if your plans change.
Know what you are booking
Our VIP packages advertise tour guiding: USD 4,000 total for a group of 11 or more for 15 days, or USD 9,500 total for a group of 16 or more for one month. These are group prices, not per-person prices; the one-month package is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Transport, accommodation, meals and admission tickets are not advertised as included in the VIP guiding price. Confirm any extra services and charges separately before payment. Standard tour inclusions and duration must also be confirmed before booking.
