Experiences and booking confirmation
This website presents travel experiences. Photos illustrate destinations and may not depict an exact itinerary. Before payment, confirm your travel date, availability, number of travellers, duration, pickup arrangements, inclusions, exclusions, accessibility and any age or health restrictions with us.
A payment receipt confirms payment; it does not by itself select a date or confirm availability. Your booking details and any package-specific conditions must be agreed with our team. We will not treat an unconfirmed date as reserved merely because a payment was made.
Prices, currencies and payment
The VIP Group package is priced at USD 4,000 total for one group of 11 or more people, covering 15 days of tour guiding. Other base package prices are listed in AED. Prices displayed in USD, EUR and GBP are indicative conversions, subject to exchange-rate changes. Stripe’s checkout shows the actual amount and available payment currencies before you authorise a charge. Your bank or payment provider may charge conversion or other fees.
Confirm the total price, any applicable taxes and all inclusions before payment. Do not proceed if the checkout total differs from what you agreed. Payments are processed by Stripe under its applicable terms and privacy notice.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Request the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund conditions in writing before you pay. Conditions can vary by experience and supplier. This website does not promise a universal cancellation window or a universal non-refundable policy.
To request a change or refund, contact us promptly with your booking details and payment reference. Eligibility is assessed against the conditions agreed for your booking and applicable law. If an experience cannot be supplied as agreed, contact us to arrange an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate booking and contact information, follow reasonable safety instructions, and confirm required travel documents and entry requirements. Tell our team about relevant accessibility needs before booking. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, payment fraud or interference with its operation.
Third-party services
Checkout and certain travel services may be provided by third parties. Review the relevant conditions before using those services. Website availability and external links may change. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us.
Website content and liability
Content is provided to help you explore and arrange travel. Confirm important itinerary details directly before relying on them. Please do not reproduce our branding or original content without permission, except where the law allows it. Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights.
No provision in these terms excludes liability or limits a remedy where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Questions, disputes and updates
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Applicable UAE laws and any mandatory consumer protections relevant to your booking continue to apply. Updates to these website terms do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing confirmed booking.
